Tomas Cabezas is an Associate in the Tampa office. He focuses his practice on Personal Injury Protection. Mr. Cabezas earned his J.D. from the Stetson University College of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief for the school’s Journal of Aging Law & Policy. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University (2020) in Editing, Writing & Media, and Interdisciplinary Humanities. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2023.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Cabezas worked as a lifeguard and Red Cross instructor at Florida State University during his undergraduate years. His commitment to public service continued with a position as a part-time legal intern at the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel for the Fourth District of Florida, where he first gained insight into the field of legal practice. Prior to graduating from law school, Mr. Cabezas spent over a year as a law clerk at Florida Crystals, where he assisted in-house counsel on a range of legal issues from copyright infringement to regulatory compliance. Mr. Cabezas’ diverse background and tireless work ethic make him an invaluable asset to the legal community. As a member of our team, he brings a unique blend of legal expertise, writing prowess, and practical experience, ensuring comprehensive and effective solutions for our clients.
Mr. Cabezas was born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida, before moving to Tallahassee for college, and finally settling in Saint Petersburg. Outside of work Mr. Cabezas enjoys spending time with friends and family and hopes to travel the world.
