Mr. Tolgyesi obtained his doctorate of law in 1990 from the University of Miami School of Law. While in Law School Mr. Tolgyesi participated in both the annual Moot Court and Mediation competitions. Mr. Tolgyesi obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in History in 1987 from the University of Toronto.

Although a native of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Mr. Tolgyesi has been a resident of Miami Florida since 1987.

Since graduating from Law School Mr. Tolgyesi has had an extensive practice in the field of Insurance Defense, representing insurance companies and insureds in a wide array of civil litigation areas including workers’ compensation, bodily injury, construction defects, and personal injury protection claims. Mr. Tolgyesi has also had experience in corporate law, joint venture agreements, as well as Construction Liens and Bond Claims.

Since 2001 Mr. Tolgyesi has focused his practice on Personal Injury Protection claims and has tried numerous Bodily Injury and PIP Cases in both Miami Dade and Broward Counties. Mr. Tolgyesi has also testified extensively as an expert in attorney’s fee claims in both County and Circuit Courts.

Mr. Tolgyesi is married and resides with his wife and three children in Miami, Florida.

In his spare time, Mr. Tolgyesi enjoys cycling, golfing, and fishing.
