Max Greenstone is an associate attorney in the Miami office of Dutton Law Group. He focuses his practice on the representation of insurers and insureds in all aspects of insurance defense litigation and general civil liability matters, breach of contract matters, and in every aspect of the contested litigation process. His practice concentrates in the areas of first and third party property and casualty claims, personal injury protection, and insurance coverage litigation claims. In addition to dealing directly with legal issues pertaining to claims involving windstorm, fire, water, and mold, he also handles matters pertaining to transportation liability litigation, motor vehicle and trucking accidents, premises liability, property damage, and construction defect claims. Mr. Greenstone also handles complex commercial litigation matters involving contract disputes, business torts and issues relating to tortious interference with contract and/or business relations.

Prior to joining Dutton Law Group, Mr. Greenstone was an attorney with various south Florida law firms representing clients in the areas of insurance defense and coverage matters involving all of his current areas of practice, where he represented clients from inception of claim and coverage analysis through resolution. Previously, he also worked as an associate with a boutique law firm specializing in labor and employment law litigation in Federal Court, where he handled a variety of employment dispute claims brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act statutes.

Mr. Greenstone received his Bachelor of Science, Major in Business Entrepreneurship from The Florida State University, School of Business in Tallahassee, Florida in May 2010 and obtained his Juris Doctorate in May 2013 from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he was on the Dean’s List. Mr. Greenstone is licensed to practice law in Florida and is also admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
