Richard Windisch received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While in law school, he was a member of the Journal of Technology Law and Policy, where he acted as the Executive Articles Editor. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced insurance defense with large firms based in Orlando and West Palm Beach. Prior to law school, he received a Bachelor of Science and Arts in biochemistry from the University of Texas.

Mr. Windisch focuses his practice primarily defending clients in Personal Injury Protection (PIP) litigation. He is licensed to practice law in both Florida and Texas and is a licensed patent agent with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

In his free time, Mr. Windisch enjoys attending live music events, writing, recording, and performing music, going to the gym, and supporting the Texas Longhorns and Dallas sports teams.
