Mr. Orcutt is an experienced trial lawyer. He specializes in commercial litigation, real property litigation and real and tangible property tax appeals. Mr. Orcutt has extensive experience as lead counsel in jury and non-jury trials before both State and Federal Courts.
Mr. Orcutt practices in all phases of commercial litigation including construction matters, securities issues, title disputes, and bankruptcy proceedings. He represents financial institutions in the collection of delinquencies, foreclosing mortgages, workouts and the resolution of contract disputes. He also represents real estate developers, property management companies, condominium and homeowners’ associations, and other corporations and partnerships in business dealings and disputes.
