Jennifer Pelaez has more than 10 years of litigation experience. She has been with the firm since early 2020. Jennifer was born and raised in Miami, Florida and graduated from Florida International University with a major in Business Administration and a specialization in Management. She attended law school at Florida International University and graduated in 2009. Since she graduated law school, Jennifer has been practicing in the area of civil litigation, insurance defense, and personal injury protection litigation.

Jennifer has over 10 years experience representing insurance companies in various stages of civil litigation. She has litigated SIU cases, Material Misrepresentation cases, and various other issues throughout the state of Florida.

Jennifer enjoys spending time with her two children, her husband, boating, and traveling when she is not working.
