Mr. Golovin, of the firm’s Fort Lauderdale, Florida office received his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in 2004. Mr. Golovin was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2004 has been admitted to the Federal Bar for the Southern District of Florida. He received a Master’s of Education Degree from Mississippi State University where he studied Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling, and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas-Austin.
Mr. Golovin has primarily practiced in the insurance defense area. He has handled a wide variety of cases including PIP, Workers’ Compensation, Construction Defect, Personal Injury, and Property Damage. Mr. Golovin has also handled appeals including making oral arguments before the First District Court of Appeals.
Prior to work as an attorney, Mr. Golovin provided medical and vocational case management services to disabled and/or injured individuals. This has provided him with significant insight into the medical and vocational issues that impact personal injury, PIP, and Workers’ Compensation cases.
