Victoria Posada is an Associate in the Firm’s Tampa office, where she focuses on Personal Injury Protection. Ms. Posada attended Stetson University College of Law, receiving the book award in Immigration Litigation and the William Blews Pro Bono Service Award. Prior to graduating, Ms. Posada interned with the Honorable Judge Tracy Sheehan and volunteered at Gulfcoast Legal Services.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Posada worked in a non-profit focusing on “changing lives through justice” and subsequently at a Medical Malpractice Law Firm. Ms. Posada is a member of the Florida Bar, and is admitted to practice in all Florida courts, including the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida.

Born in Colombia, Ms. Posada, emigrated to Florida and calls the sunshine state home. Ms. Posada earned her bachelor’s degrees from the University of South Florida in political science and psychology. On her free time, she likes to travel, explore new cuisines, and relax in Florida’s beaches.
