Rebecca Delaney received a B.A. degree with honors in Biology from Eckerd College in 1981. She graduated summa cum laude from Stetson University College of Law in 1999. In law school, she served on the Stetson Law Review and interned with Federal Magistrate Judge Elizabeth Jenkins.
Rebecca specializes in civil and administrative appellate law. Rebecca has represented clients to the U.S. Supreme Court, Florida’s Supreme Court, Wisconsin’s Supreme Court, Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court, the Eleventh Circuit Federal Court of Appeal, the Fifth Circuit Federal Court of Appeal, each of Florida’s District Courts of Appeal, and various other state courts of appeal. Rebecca also provides litigation support by researching and drafting memoranda of law.
Rebecca is a popular speaker on the U.S. Constitution. She has served on the Florida Film & Entertainment Advisory Council and on the Supreme Court of Florida’s Committee on Arts in the Courtroom. Rebecca drafted Florida’s first film and entertainment incentive legislation. She often speaks on a variety of topics, including legal research, sports & entertainment law, and intellectual property law.
Rebecca is licensed to practice law in Florida and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and the Eleventh Circuit of Appeals and the Middle District of Florida.
