Blake A. Levine is an associate in the Orlando office of Dutton Law Group, bringing a unique perspective to insurance defense. Mr. Levine specializes in matters related specifically to automotive liability, premises liability, product liability, SIU/fraud investigations, examinations under oath, and personal injury protection (PIP).

In 2014, Mr. Levine earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, complementing his Bachelor of Science in legal studies from the University of Central Florida in 2011.

For his entire tenure in law school, Mr. Levine acted as an investigating member and panelist for the school’s Academic Disciplinary Board. He was a judicial intern for the Honorable Jeffery Levenson in the 17th Judicial Circuit for Broward County. In his final year, Mr. Levine participated in a clinical program on personal injury cases, working on a number of projects relating to medical product defects. Mr. Levine has been a Member of the Florida Bar since 2015.

Prior to joining Dutton Law Group, Mr. Levine served as in-house counsel for a national insurance carrier, where he demonstrated exceptional skills in managing a substantial caseload of 400-800 cases. His responsibilities included litigation of cases from inception to trial or settlement, preparing corporate representatives and adjusters for depositions on various issues dealing with insurance coverages, and arguing summary judgment and other dispositive hearings. He also conducted comprehensive analyses of automobile insurance policies, case law, and statutes. Additionally, Mr. Levine played a crucial role in keeping clients informed about changes in law and policy.

In his free time, Mr. Levine enjoys college football, spending time with his wife and their two beautiful children, taking trips to Disney, and live theatre.
