Melissa DiSanti, of the firm’s Fort Lauderdale, Florida office, is an attorney who was born and raised in South Florida. Melissa received her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University in 2023 and graduated with her undergraduate degree from Florida Atlantic University in 2020. Melissa currently practices insurance defense and PIP law. She joined Dutton Law Group in 2023.

During her time in law school, Melissa served as the Executive Justice of Competitions for NSU’s Moot Court Society where she coordinated and planned the university’s internal Moot Court competitions. In addition, Melissa represented Moot Court Society in the University of San Diego’s National Criminal Procedure Tournament in 2022. In March of 2023, Melissa was selected to be a part of the Loyola National Health Law Transactional Competition team, placing 1st overall among law schools from across the country. She also served on the executive board for NSU’s PULSE! Health Law Society, Sports & Entertainment Law Society, and Intellectual Property Law Society. Melissa graduated from NSU cum laude with concentrations in intellectual property law and health law.

During her free time, Melissa enjoys listening to music, traveling, going to the beach, and watching baseball.
