Kelly A. Blum is an Associate at the firm’s Tampa office. He focuses his practice primarily on personal injury protection and first party property litigation. He’s been practicing law for over twenty-two years. Prior to joining the firm, Kelly litigated cases involving personal injury protection, auto glass, law firm liens and served as General Counsel for condominium and homeowners’ associations. When he first began practicing law, he was an Assistant Public Defender and tried many cases ranging from petit theft to attempted murder.

Kelly earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Sheppard Broad Law School, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and earned the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers Scholarship. Prior to practicing law, Kelly was a psychotherapist, having earned a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling. Kelly is admitted to practice law in Florida and has been a member in good standing since 2002.

In his free time, Kelly enjoys playing and watching all sports, fitness, spending time with his dog, Monty, and dog rescue.
