Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney, Scott W. Dutton and Maria Pace, Managing Attorney for the firm’s Orlando office, were pleased to be selected as a presenters at the 2022 FIFEC Conference. They will co-present a continuing education program that is scheduled for Wednesday, June 8, 2022, entitled: Adjuster Depositions: Adjusters–It’s Really Not That Bad; Attorneys–Don’t Hang Your Client Out to Dry. This presentation will instruct on the law on adjuster’s depositions, motions that should be filed to protect the adjuster, and how to prepare the adjuster for deposition which includes how to approach video, video conference, in-person and telephonic depositions. This presentation will also emphasize how both attorney and adjuster should know the claim file like the back of their hand. The seminar will invite interaction with the audience during the presentation.
