Dutton Law Group was proud to continue its long-term commitment to FIFEC by serving as a pearl sponsor, the highest sponsorship level available, for the recently completed 2023 annual conference, held in Orlando, FL, from July 12 to 14. The firm choose to underwrite the conference name badges, which every attendee wore throughout the event.

FIFEC, an acronym for the Florida Insurance Fraud Education Committee, is a joint effort between the Division of Investigative and Forensic Services within the Florida Department of Financial Services and the Special Investigation Units (SIU) of leading insurance companies that write property and casualty insurance across the state of Florida.

An important part of Dutton Law Group’s commitment to minimizing fraud is to educate adjusters, claims professionals, and other attorneys on the latest techniques and court rulings that apply to claims resolution. This is particularly important since recent Florida insurance reforms have resulted in significant changes in insurance law, personal injury cases, and homeowners claims.
