Sarah Baniszewski received her Bachelor of Science, Cum Laude, from the University of Mount Olive in the spring of 2014. Ms. Baniszewski played Division II Women’s Golf for four years while at Mount Olive.

Ms. Baniszewski received her Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2017. While in law school Ms. Baniszewski was a member of the Moot Court Honor Board and won Best Respondent’s Brief and 3rd Place at the National Latina/o Law Student Association Moot Court competition. She was also the Conference Editor on the Law Review and planned and orchestrated the 2017 National Conference of Law Reviews which hosted 150 editors from law reviews and journals from across the country. Ms. Baniszewski also interned with the Fourth Judicial Circuit Judge, Honorable Waddell Wallace III, during the summer of 2016.

Ms. Baniszewski’s experience is in PIP Law where she began working as a Law Clerk in the Jacksonville office in the summer of 2016 and continued to do so in her last year of law school before she joined the firm as an attorney in the Tampa office in October of 2017.

Outside of work Ms. Baniszewski enjoys playing golf, outdoor actives, traveling, and spending time with her family.
