Hillary Lovelady received her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from the University of Florida in the Spring of 2008, followed by her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law in the Fall of 2011. While in law school, Ms. Lovelady was involved in the leadership of the Family Law Association and spent a semester representing clients in the family law clinic.

Following law school, Ms. Lovelady was offered a position in a small insurance defense firm in South Florida, which primarily handled first party property claims. Seeking more trial and mediation experience, Ms. Lovelady took the opportunity to serve as an AmeriCorps attorney at Legal Services of North Florida. She had the opportunity to represent landlord-tenant clients in small claims court, employment claims in front of administration judges, and a successful appeal to the circuit court.

Ms. Lovelady has practiced in the Jacksonville office of James C. Rinaman & Associates since Spring 2014, working extensively in personal injury protection (PIP) litigation, as well as insurance coverage disputes and bodily injury cases. Now, along with the rest of the Rinaman firm, she is joining the Dutton Law Group in the Fall of 2016 with her litigation experience.

Outside of work, Ms. Lovelady enjoys reading; embroidery, sewing, and crafting; as well as watching Masterpiece Theatre.
